DeTurk Winery Village
The project encompassed a 3.01 acre site and involved new construction as well as the retention, restoration and adaptation of the existing historic Warehouses for 78 residential units. The project has obtained the following entitlements: Rezoning, Density Increase, Tentative Map and Mitigated Negative Declaration.

Santa Rosa Nissan

The project included a two story automotive sales and service structure remodel that totaled 33,000 square feet with a building foot print of approximately 25,000 square feet. The project received a LEED Certification of Silver. The project has obtained, through City Council and Design Review Board approvals, the following entitlements: Design Review Approval.

West End Village

West End Village preview
42 attached single-family units, and the rehabilitation of an historic building on the 1.83 acre site. The proposal included the construction of four new buildings, 69 total parking spaces, and 9 optional live/work spaces. Historic building on the corner of 8th and Wilson will remain and provide approximately 4,738 square feet of commercial use space.
